Due to covid, all orders are final sale. No returns/refunds can be issued!

Shipping & Handling: All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days using USPS, unless stated otherwise. When your order has shipped, an email will be sent with your USPS tracking information. Please note our shipping and handling fees cover $50 insurance, tracking and signature confirmation. However, once your order is delivered (signed off by someone in your household/attempted to be delivered) we are no longer responsible for package. It is the customers responsibility to collect all packages from the USPS location stated on the USPS notice if they were not home at the time delivery.

Domestic Shipping: Standard Domestic Shipping is $7.99. Free Shipping Promotion - Orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion. Please allow USPS Priority Mail approximately 1 - 3 business days for delivery. Shipping may take longer during the holidays and covid pandemic.

International Shipping: Please allow UPS Express Mail 6 - 12 days for delivery. Please note that all shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Please note once we have shipped your order we do not have access or control to its delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders Tracking Information please contact USPS directly with your Tracking number.

Delivery Claims: Á LA NUIT does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Returns & Exchanges: Please carefully select your correct size as we do not accept Returns or Exchanges. All items are final sale. 

Pre-Orders: Pre ordered items will ship on their desired date.

Order Cancellations: Please note all order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if not cancelled within 24hrs.
